AP CM is of the opinion of building river view Capital. He wants to develop it as an economically viable capital with lot of tourist attractions. As per his Master plan of Capital city, Naidu wants the new Capital to be beneficial for farmers including the economical feasibility for govt and profitable construction companies. The CM visited Naya Raipur ,Chathisgarh, and studied how it was built. Govt is thinking of pooling land at large scale and to take up public private ventures at 60:40 ratio from farmers and develop it within 1 year and give to them. In New Capital, the government is planning high rise building with at least 44 storeys and also a tourist hubs along with food courts, Water Sports, Botanical gardens for entertainment. Around 1 Km from River bank, they are planning for Capital city contructions and want to have ring road around a radius of 135 kms.
