Telangana IT Minister Harish Rao stated that the win of TRS in Medak Lok Sabha bi-polls is just a formality and expressed that everyone knows it including the other parties who are in the election bout hence all the other parties are just trying to get the second place in the elections . Harish Rao felt that there is no chance of knowledgeable Medak people voting for those who were the baiters of Telangana movement and followers of the Seemandhra Chief Ministers .
