Nizamabad TRS MP K Kavitha has appeared before the Railway Court at Moulali on Monday. She has been facing a case with regard to 'rail roko' since the time of Telangana agitation. Speaking to media persons, Kavitha's counsel said that along with the MP , eight other accused have also appeared the court. The lawyer said that as part of proceedings of the court, it has adjourned the case to January 28, 2015. It is to be mentioned that Kavitha has been facing the case as she had participated in a three day rail roko campaign across Telangana state during Telangana agitation.
