17 people died in a road accident in Himachal Pradesh. The bus fell into a gorge in Kinnaur district. The bus was going to Kalpa from Sangla valley, when the accident took place. The injured persons were admitted to a hospital in Shimla. The driver and conductor of the bus also died in the incident. Chief Minister Veerabhadra Sing ordered the officials to take up rescue operations immediately. Rescue operation is on to retrieve the dead bodies from the gorge.
