Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandarababu Naidu today declared that his government would shift its base to Seemandhra capital within two or three years after he witnessed pathetic infrastructure and working conditions in the HJKL blocks allocated for AP employees in the secretariat. During a surprise visit to L Block in secretariat he was shocked to learn from the R & B staff that it would take a minimum 3 months to renovate the 6,7,8 floors meant for his CMO. His chambers and other infrastructure will take ,more time to renovate , he was told by engineers who said they were given work order and also possession of the space only on last Monday .
Chandrababu was aghast at the state of affairs with loose false ceilings, electrical fittings, broken drainage pipes and also broken floors all around AP employees also took him around other floors in L block and J blocks where the basic amenities were not provided and complained of working under 'inhuman conditions'.
