The controversy over the special powers to the Governor is increasing day by day . The Union Government is saying that the security of the people living in the common capital Hyderabad should be with the Governor but the Telangana Government is severely opposing the Central Government decision and written a letter to the union Home ministry also . The central Government has issued instructions of responsibility over the security of people including the assets in Hyderabad to Governor .
