The Polavaram ordinance issue has developed political heat in the Parliament following Home Minister Rajnath Singh's introduction of A P Reorganisation Bill. The TRS MPs have staged a protest in the Lok Sabha and raised the slogans as 'Save The Tribals'. The MPs of Orissa and Chattishgarh have also extended support to TRS MPs in this regard. Orissa MP has objected saying that the 5th Schedule of Indian Constitution protects the interests of the tribals and he questioned the transfers of tribals from one state to another state. TRS MP Vinod too has objected the said Bill. On the other hand, TDP and YSRCP MPs have extended support to the Bill raising slogans.
