VK Duggal going to be governor of Telangana & AP?

It came to know that VK Duggal, former secretary in Ministry of Home Affairs going to be appointed as the new Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Duggal was also a member of Srikrishna committee, which was appointed to study on the issue of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, by UPA-2 government. It was heard that Duggal was against bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. So, now Telangana people are fearing about the news of appointment of Duggal as the new governor. They feel that Bangaru Telangana would not be possible with persons like Duggal in the chair of Governor.
