Telangana Chief Minister KCR, answering a query on farm loan waiver in T Assembly, said that Rs. 17000 Cr loans are waived off. He said this was first of its kind in India and these loans would be waived off in phases. At one point, when he was answering the question, he became irritated due to cross talk by opposition members. He asked them to behave properly in Assembly. He said that MLAs should have patience and asked TDP leaders to keep quiet. He objected to the way BJP leader Laxman and Congress Leader Jeevan Reddy were behaving in assembly.
