While parents of missing students who were swept away by the waters of Largee dam in Himachal Pradesh, three of the 24 missing students were found to be dead. A helpline is set up for parents in AP Bhavan, New Delhi with mobile numbers 9871999055 and 9871990081. Parents of the students of VNR Vignana Jyothi college in Hyderabad have left for Delhi in a special flight in an effort to reach the site of tragedy near in Mandi. Another batch of parents may leave in the afternoon.
