It was a narrow escape for a Delhi-bound Spice Jet flight from Surat carrying 140 passengers on board when the aircraft at the time of take off hit a stray buffalo on the runway Thursday evening. The aircraft suffered minor damages due to its hitting the Buffalo and the take off has to be aborted. Pilot managed to stop the aircraft as he applied emergency brakes.The incident took place at 7 pm. .... All the passengers were reported to be safe.
