The double murder in USA has created sensation among the Indian community moreover in AP with the killing of Sanvi and her grandmother Satyavathamma on 22 nd October 2012 by Yandamuri Raghunandan. The American court has given death penalty to Raghunandan in this case. Raghunandan killed Sanvi's grandmother by slitting her throat when he went to kidnap Sanvi and finally the baby girl also succumbed to death suffocated in a suitcase. It is learnt that Raghunandan has requested the judge to impose death penalty on him.
