Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha has been pronounced guilty. She was convicted under Prevention of Corruption Act Section 13 (1) (E) related with the disproportionate assets case. She has been found guilty related with Rs 66 crores of illegal assets. She has been remanded to judicial custody. In a short while from now, the quantum of the punishment and judgement is likely to come out. In these circumstances, Jayalalithaa is all set to quit her chief minister post.
