A train accident has taken place in the state of Uttar Pradesh . Gorakhand super fast express is derailed in with the failure of the signal post which is caused due to the errors in the signal . In the accident it is feared that as many as 40 passengers succumbed to death and it is considered as the one of the worst accidents in the Indian railways history as it is rammed in to the goods train which is stationed near Basti .
