AP irrigation minister Devineni Uma Maheshwara Rao has faulted the earlier governance of the UPA government and he alleged that it has indulged in political crisis which led to undemocratic ruling. In the same line, he is learnt to have attacked the leader of opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy saying that he is raising his voice very often in all the aspects of the TDP's ruling which is highly condemnable.
