State bifurcation has given a severe jolt to the real estate sector in Hyderabad. TRS leaders are trying to address the fears of realty agents now, as KCR is getting ready to take oath as Chief Minister on June 2. Party leader KTR attended a meeting convened by Telangana Builders Federation and assured all support to the sector by the TRS government. Builders asked KTR to see that the registration charges are brought down. KTR assured builders that the IT investment Region sanctioned by the Centre will give a big boost to realty sector. KTR also talked of the Regional Ring Road connecting towns around Hyderabad.
