2 Hours before the incident of Himachal Pradesh

This video shows what the unfortunate students of VNR Vignana Jyothi Engineering college did just two hours before they were washed away by the gushing waters of river Beas down stream of Larji dam. Two hours before the incident, they went to a hotel and they carried their own food. They spent time until 5 pm at the hotel and inquired the hotel owner whether rafting is available on the river. The hotel owner told them rafting has not been permitted of late, as an accident has taken place recently.
