The doubts are looming large over allocating the special state category to Andhra Pradesh and the planning commission of India is stating that the rules won't permit AP to be given that status . While on the other hand the TDP and BJP are telling that the Planning Commission of India doesn't have any role in deciding the special status category and assuring that the AP will be given a special status . Between all this a new confusion and discussion is arising from this whole episode .
