Telangana TDP leaders led by Sanath Nagar MLA and former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav have started a silent fast against blocking out ABN and tv9 channels in Telangana by the MSOs. Talasani said he expects the state or central government to intervene in the matter and bring justice to the channels. He said if the government is not going to respond, he will take out a rally with 25,000 people from Gandhi statue in Secunderabad to Ambedkar statue near GHMC office. Police came to the venue and tired to speak to Talasani. Speaking to media before the fast, Talasani said there cannot be a one-party rule forever in any state.
