GHMC, which yesterday made arrangements for demolitions in Gokul Flast area, today stepped back in the last minute. GHMC officials gave an excuse that sufficient police force was not there to continue the demolitions. It is heard that state government issued orders to stop the demolitions. With this, the officials had stopped the demolition operation and came back. In fact, officials today prepared plans for demolition in the areas of Gokul Flats, Serilingampalli and L.B.Nagar.
