K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, Rajya Sabha member and a confidant of ex Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy has made the news for a wrong reason. The Congress group which has been called up for review meeting has witnessed some objectionable scene which in a true sense is condemnable. KVP has been found napping in the review meeting after taking the Tea. On the other hand, Congress members have learnt to have conducted the meeting without taking a note of it.
