US Secretary of State John Kerry explores the various political issues while discussing with NDTV reporter in studio. In the discussion, he said that it wasn't the Obama's government that refused a visa to Modi. This US government on the other hand, welcomes him. He said that President Obama is very open minded with clear thoughts and vision and more accountable than any other president. He also said that the US government is keen to maintain the best security relationship with India.
