In the programme titled 'RK's Open Heart', AP Assembnly Speaker Kodela Shiva Prasada Rao while interacting with ABN MD RK, he expressed about the tragic death of his son who met the accident. While reminding the issue, he said that he has undergone through mental trauma and this episode is still haunting him. He said that his son was a gold medalist in Orthopaedic and he has the habit of serving the poor people free of cost.
