Bharatiya Janata Party MLA NVSS Prabhakar alleged that the chief minister K.Chandra Sekhara Rao didn't have clarity on ruling the state. Prabhakar talked to media today in Hyderabad. He said that the people of Telangana have many doubts on the comprehensive household survey, going to be held on 19th this month. He demanded the government should clarify doubts on Hyderabad Metro Rail. He said that the government got setbacks in the courts only due to the irresponsible attitude.
