The aspirants of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) who were protesting for the past few days have been demanding to scrap the C-SAT (Aptitude Test) of the UPSC civil services exam raising the inclusion of Hindi language & other languages issue. This protests led to the scuffle between the police personnel and protestors. The protestors allegedly torched vehicles and blocked the road . The clash turned ugly as the 15-20 students were arrested for vandalism and stone pelting.
