The Bonalu festival is a mass festival as people of the twin cities gather in huge numbers to celebrate this festival which kick starts at Golconda fort and concludes at Lal Darwaja in twin cities . The festival will be celebrated for a month depicting the culture and tradition of the twin cities along with the rituals of Telangana . The festival which will be conducted during Aashada Maasam has commenced at Secunderabad today .
