3 working days per week! New idea for better productivity

Some foreign businessmen suggested that three working days per week would give better results and more productivity from the workers. They argue that the workers should work for three days a week @11 hours per day. But Indian human resources experts rejected this proposal. They said that this proposal would not work for Indian environment. They opined that this proposal would give negative results in the hour wise duty. They also said that this proposal was not applicable to entertainment, public relations and retail sectors.
