Bank Robbery in Mahabubnagar; Rs.4 Crore stolen

In a major robbery at Grameen Vikas Bank in Mahabubnagar, Rs. 4 crore was stolen. The robbers are believed to have used gas cutters to open the lockers. About eight robbers are suspected to have taken part in the robbery. Rs. 10 lakh in cash was stolen and gold jewellery mortgaged by loanees worth Rs. 4 crore was also stolen. Robbers chose Sunday to target the bank. But police are not sure whether the robbery has taken place on Saturday night or Sunday night.
