The letter of dissent sent to the Union Government by the Telangana Government over the special powers to Governor is received by the Union Home Ministry . The Telangana State has clarified in the letter that it is not possible to bestow the law and order powers to the Governor as it eats in to the sovereignty of the rights of the states . The Telangana Government has immediately replied to the letter sent by the Join Secretary of union Home Ministry yesterday and expressed its unwillingness to honour Centre directive to vest special powers in Governor.
