The recent trial run of Hyderabad Metro Rail cmight have been a success, but it has now come to light that L&T conducted the trial run, without informing the Telangana state government and the Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) top brass. HMR MD NVS Reddy, who has strived to overcome every bottleneck against the rail project over the last five years, was also not informed. L&T officials have met CM KCR and informed him that the rail network will be built as per the wishes of state government only.
