The Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao while participating in the meeting suggested the officials who were speaking in English told that not everyone was fortunate enough to study in a convent school hence might not understand what they are speaking for many . KCR told that it would be good if everyone speaks in pure Telugu and happier if they could speak in Telugu in Telangana slang .
