RGV's Vision of Zero-Budget Movies - Part1

Ramgopal Verma is one director who is known for experimenting with genres. After directing some films in low budgets, RGV is now vouching for No-Budget cinema/Zero-Budget cinema. Zero-budget does not mean zero, but very lesser sums will go into production. Not only that, Verma is saying that the future actually lies with No-Budget movies. But Telugu cinema knows very well about high-budget cinemas. verma's logic is that if a no-Budget movie is successful, it will fill producer's coffers apart form helping the technicians. And if such a film flops, there will not be a big impact on the producer.
