In Warangal district, an SI named Ranjit Kumar has made hulchal Locals have complained that SI is collecting the money from the vehicles owners citing many reasons and showing the inappropriate reasons. Daily he used to make challans with much fine amount. It is alleged that he is having relationship with other rowdies as well. He has even misbehaved with women folk. He is creating all these scenes to show that he is like Gabbar Singh in his own style.
