The Telangana government and Centre are at loggerheads over the centre's instructions that Governor has been entrusted with special responsibilities in the maintenance of law and order in the Hyderabad as it is a joint capital of both the states of AP and Telangana. This move by centre has triggered a confrontation between the Telangana government and central government as TS CM KCR has has opposed the ongoing developments and he even called PM Modi as fascist.
