The Irrigation Minister of Telangana T Harish Rao slammed AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and he told that Chandrababu is creating hatred against Telangana instead of concentrating on the development of his own state . Harish further added that Chandrababu is talking about ethics to show up but nurturing hatred inside against Telangana . Revanth Reddy asked Harish Rao to write letter to KCR instead of Chandrababu .
