Telangana state government has bought 80 Volvo buses to run as luxury city buses in Hyderabad city. These buses each cost Rs. 1 crore. It has facilities like automatic door opening low level foot board. It has automatic transmission system. It has no gears and no clutch. It's cockpit is fully digital. Driver can open and close the door with the help of the switches in the cockpit. Driver even can have a view of the rear vehicles with the help of a rear view camera.
