The Telangana CM KCR as a part of his innovative approach has given a call to reinstate the ponds in all ten districts of Telangana. At the JNTU auditorium, he addressed to the irrigation experts and asked them to speak in Telugu language rather than speaking in English. He said that as there are no English officials , so there is no necessity of speaking in English. His satirical comments have drawn attention in this regard though a brief funny environment has been noticed.
