Reacting to Chandrababu's comments that the issue would not have arisen if TS had agreed by KWB's directives, KCR says that AP is not following the re-organisation act. Contrary to what Chandrababu says on power management by TS government, KCR says he has a wrong notion on this and that Supreme Court will decide about this.
