Watch Chandrababu announcing land pooling package for farmers

Chandrababu has announced compensation package for farmers parting with their land for AP Capital. The chief minister has revealed a package depending on the type of agriculture farming being carried out in the land in the villages earmarked for the first phase of land acquisition. Farmers in the river front villages will get 1000 sq yards residential plot and a 200 sq yard plot in the commercial zone apart from an annual cash compensation of Rs 50,000 per acre. Earlier, the state had offered 1,000 sq yards of developed land and Rs 25,000 per acre per year for all farmers.
