TRS leader Swamy Goud after assuming the charge of Chairman for Telangana Legislative Council addressed to the MLCs. He said that he will carry out discharging his duties in honest manner provided he gets co-operation from all the council members. He said that if necessary certain rules can be adopted for the better functioning of the Legislative Council. He said that effectiveness of the Legislative council can be enhanced by incorporating more values of democratic principles.He also stressed the need for helping hands from the experts of oppositions so that the concerns and the woes of the common men can be fulfilled by means of resolutions. He said that it is democratic principles which made him to Chairman from Chaprasi.
