Telangana junior doctors association (TJUDA) has been continuously protesting against KCR's government for not meeting their concerns. However, Chief Minister KCR made it clear, giving a strict warning, that one year rural service is mandatory and those who will not be reporting back for their duty will be debarred from their services for a period of six months. Reacting to it, junior doctors said that they will continue their strike despite the warning. They recalled that in 2012 , when junior doctors held protest seeking fulfillment of their demands, KCR had promised to look after their concerns.
