Tollywood actor Nagarjuna could not get any relief in the N Convention Centre case in High Court. The case came up for hearing in High Court. Defence counsel said that the land, on which the N Convention Centre was built, was a private land. Ramakrishna Reddy, Advocate General of Telangana government argued that the structure was built illegally on GHMC land. He also said there is no need to issue any notice to the owner to take action. The High Court said that though the Government has power to demolish the structure without notice, it should issue notice to the owner and ascertain the full tank level (FTL) of the Thummidikunta tank.
