The IT Minister of Telangana K Taraka Rama Rao talking to the media told that the whole of Khammam and Telangana especially the tribals along with Bhadradri Rama are looking up for the Rajya Sabha . KTR said that the BJP has the majority in the Lok Sabha hence could pass the Polavaram bill but it wouldn't be the case with Rajya Sabha . KTR revealing the figures to media said that the BJP has only 43 members in Rajya Sabha and only 50 members of NDA who could support the bill .
