Jaya Bachchan has stated that Happy New Year movie is the most nonsensical film that she watched in the recent years. She clarified that she watched the film for the sake of his son Abhishek Bachchan as he is a part of this film. Jaya opined that Abhishek is a great actor if he stops being stupid in front of the camera like in this movie . She stated that she won't act in present films as she doesn't like to be a part of them anymore.
