A non bailable arrest warrant has been issued against former Chittoor MLA CK Babu. The warrant was issued by a local court as he did not turn up as a witness in the hearing of a case relating to an attempt on his life. His absence as a witness during the hearing on Nov 28 has angered the court which issued the warrant. The issue has grabbed much political attention in Chittoor district.It is to be mentioned that the former MLA survived two attempts on his life .
