Allari Naresh latest movie Brother of Bommali is out in theaters today to tickle the funny bones of the audience. Brother of Bommali is directed by Chinni and it is being produced by Ammi Raju. Late EVV Satyanarayana will be shown as presenter for the film. The female leads include Karthika Nair and Monal Gajjar and the music for the film has been scored by Sekhar Chandra. Karthika plays an eccentric sister to Naresh in this movie .
