Following the heavy rains in Emilia Romanaga, the Baganza river flooded the region of south west Parma and it made the west part of the city to cutoff from the region . The schools are shut down and it is estimated that the damage could be over 2 million euros. The Genoa was also severely effected with the heavy rainfall before it lashed on Emilia Romanaga .
