Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao during his address on 99 the birth anniversary of Konda Laxman Bapuji reacting to BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya 's appeal to install Bapuji 's statue on tank bund , KCR told that he would agree 100 per cent that a statue of Mr Konda Laxman Bapuji should be installed on Tank Bund but at the same time asked whether Dattatreya and BJP would come supporting the removal of unnecessary statues on the Tank bund. He further clarified that BJP might be hesitant on this fearing Chandrababu but they certainly remove the statues and hand over them to the AP Government .
