Actor and Hindupuram TDP MLA Balakrishna praised CM Chandrababu Naidu about his vision and opined that the state will develop with all the required amenities.On the other hand,the leader of the opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan countered his statements saying that he is offering Chandrababu a 'zero' grade in carrying out his administration.
