Telangana CM KCR has geared up for the development of the state with the formulation of a new theory. As a means to fulfill the same, persons who are holding dual positions both in party cadre and government are likely to lose one of the posts. Leaders holding positions in the party will not be able to continue in government posts and in similar manner who are availing the government posts will not be able to hold another post in party cadre. This is mainly done to give more chances to other persons possessing the skills.
